FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…

Ticket Alternative Jumps to No. #2415 on Inc. Magazine's 2010 Inc. 5000
Inc. Magazine Unveils Exclusive List of America's Fasting-Growing Private Companies

ATLANTA - Ticket Alternative is pleased to announce that for the second year running, the company has been selected for the Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine's annual ranking of the fastest growing private companies in America. The Atlanta-based ticketing company has leapt from last year's position of number 2815, to number 2415 on this year's list.

Ticket Alternative has seen a 102 percent growth in the past three years, with its 2009 revenue rising to $4.8 million from $2.4 million in 2006. Compare this to a median growth rate of 120 percent and an average growth rate of all the honorees of 45.8 percent.

“The leaders of the companies on this year's Inc. 5000 have figured out how to grow their businesses during the longest recession since the Great Depression,” said Inc. president Bob LaPointe. “The 2010 Inc. 5000 showcases a particularly hardy group of entrepreneurs.”

The company's founders, Iain Bluett and Jamie Dwyer, attribute Ticket Alternative's continued success to its strong dedication to customer service, as well as close contact with its clients, which include music venues, sports teams, theater companies, and festivals across the country.

“We're honored to have made the list for the second year in a row, but we couldn't have done it without our amazing clients and customers,” said company President Iain Bluett. “We strive to be the best in the business, staying ahead of the competition by being early adopters of new technology and social networking. As our client base has grown, we've been able to serve more and more customers nationwide, and making Inc. 5000 list again is a great indicator that we're on the right path.”

Not only has Ticket Alternative continued to grow, but the company has also produced successful offshoot in the past year, EventWristbands.com, which sits under the sister company, TA Ticket Printing, LLC. Both companies continue to flourish, gaining new customers and increasing orders by the day.

To qualify for the Inc. 5000, a company must have been founded and generating revenue by June 30, 2006, as well as based in the United States, privately held, for profit and independent. The company also must have acquired minimum revenue of $80,000 in 2006 and $2 million in 2009. Past honorees have included Microsoft, Oracle, Zappos.com, and Jamba Juice.
