Ticket Alternative on the road

ATLANTA: Ticket Alternative President, Iain Bluett, has been sharing his insight into and expertise of the ticket providing and events business across the country. First stop was INTIX with the International Ticketing Association Annual Conference & Exhibition in Salt Lake City. During the conference, which took place February 3 through 6, Bluett participated in “The Value of Ticket Distribution,” a panel in which he had the opportunity to share the stage with Ticketmaster VPs (including head of website, retail and call centers). The timing of the panel couldn't be better. Ticketmaster had just announced its proposed merger with Live Nation, and the panel's lively discussion centered around customer service, a area of expertise of Ticket Alternative's.

Next stop for Bluett will be the Southeast Festivals & Events Conference, held in Knoxville, TN from February 16-18, where Iain Bluett will give an interesting and educational presentation on “How to Make Your Event Successful.” More rousing speaking engagements are in store for Bluett and Ticket Alternative – stay tuned!
