Thinking about shipping your tickets via Federal Express? Here are some helpful tips. You must order before 3:00pm EST to qualify for next business day delivery.
Tickets are never shipped on Saturday or Sunday
- FedEx DOES NOT deliver to a PO Box (Post Office Box), only a physical address.
- If your credit card billing address is a PO Box - DO NOT select FedEx.
Remember: we only ship to the credit card billing address
- A signature is always required. For your protection, FedEx will not just leave a package on your doorstep unless you already have a signature release on file with your local driver.
- Always allow 2 business days for FedEx delivery. Even if you choose Overnight Delivery, you might place your order after Federal Express has picked up from us. Therefore your tickets won't ship until the next business day.

- If you have your tracking number you can track your package with FedEx online here
- 2 Day Delivery: Please allow 2 business days for delivery.
- Standard Overnight: Please allow 2 business days for delivery. Delivery time varies by location, but is often after 4:00pm local time.
- Priority Overnight: Please allow 2 business days for delivery. Delivery time varies by location, but is often before 10:30am local time.
- Saturday Overnight: Delivery time varies by location, but is often before 12 noon local time.
