Ticket Alternative currently has a full time client account specialist position open in our Atlanta office. We are seeking qualified, ticketing professionals to work in all areas of our advanced sales operations, and to ensure optimal support for our clients.
Responsibilities - Manage event building, ticket inventory, and final reconciliation of shows and events. - Maintain and update applicable events in Ticket Alternative system including holds, discounts, and promotional offers. - Develop manifests and scale the house as required. - Reconcile events, create client settlement statements and process payments. - Manage and reconcile outlet accounts, statements and payments. - Resolve client problems or service issues that may require making an exception to a policy or procedure.
Qualifications - Extensive knowledge of computerized ticketing systems. - Minimum of 2 years experience with a ticketing system such as Ticketmaster or Paciolan. - Knowledge of the season ticket operations process. - Experience with account reconciliation, balance sheets, reporting, and analysis. - Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills. - Must be service oriented, have good organization and communication skills and be able to successfully handle multiple priorities. - Upstanding moral character, honest and dedicated. - Proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment is required.

Position Available: Sales Manager

Ticket Alternative currently has a Sales Manager position open in our Atlanta office. We are seeking a qualified, ticketing professional to handle incoming sales leads as well as generate new ones. The Sales Manager will be knowledgable of the current industry and familiar with industry trends.
- Responsibilities
- Help to strengthen relationships with venues, leagues, organizations and major colleges/universities.
- Strategically target prospects within the industry.
- Manage the start-to-finish completion of prospect Requests for Proposals (RFP's).
- Help to manage the design and production of sales collateral and tradeshow materials.
- Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of computerized ticketing systems.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with a ticketing system such as Ticketmaster or Paciolan.
- Previous sales experience.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be service oriented, have good organization and communication skills and be able to successfully handle multiple priorities.
